As a cleaning services organisation it is our people and their performance that will ultimately determine success or failure. It is important to us that our staff enjoy working for us and enjoy their work because in turn their well being is reflected in the end result.
A large part of our time is invested in the ongoing training and development of our employees. Our investment is demonstrated through the development and use of:
- Customer service knowledge
- Cleaning procedures manual
- Occupational health and safety (OHS) training
- "Implementation of Task" experts
Management
An Eski’ Area Manager appointed to all contracts. The Area Manager will be available by mobile phone and pager 24 hours per day.
Our other operational staff are also available should additional resources be required.
Effective communications are vital to an efficient operation. Methods of communication will vary according to the needs at each level:
Area Manager: Mobile telephones and pagers are accessible 24 hours per day.Operations Manager: Mobile telephones and pagers are accessible 24 hours per day.
State Manager: Mobile telephones and pagers are accessible 24 hours per day.
Cleaning Staff: Mobile telephones and pagers are accessible 24 hours per day.
Value add- daily maintenance reporting
Our staff provide a daily maintenance check and report all faults to the Operations Manager for action the same day. This enables faults to be attended to quickly. An added benefit is that prompt repair of maintenance defects can reduce hazards and therefore potential incidents.
